This is a low boulder with some serious overhang. there are only a few problems as of now, but room for a few more short and powerful ones.

With a heavy rain season a "wet weather" stream sometimes appears under the far left side of this block.

Walk past the roadside boulder, Cap-Gun, and directly behind Cap-Gun is "Criminal".
