a buddy stashed two crash pads at the base of the second flatiron last night and when we got back down someone had walked off with them, any one holding on to them by chance?

I haven't been to the second Flatiron yet, but I was under the impression (from going to the first) that it's a day-hiking trail for a lot of folks. I can see stashing a pad at a more remote area, but somewhere as busy as that and I just wouldn't risk it. I hope you get it back though.

yea it was about 930pm when we got done bouldering at the satalites and decided to take a quick run up the free way, stashed them up and behind the boulders to the south of the start and were gone maybe 30-40 minutes, guess i had a little too much faith in the folks of boulder.

I assume you checked the ranger's station?

Oh and people usually suck more often than not.

The crash pads are now located at the top of Bear Peak. They were needed for a photo shoot for somebody renting out their shithole Goss/Grove apartment relentlessly on AirBnb.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
