Description Suggest change

Often windy, being right by the Ocean.
Solid routes abound with over 250 routes, 50 to 120 feet tall. Ratings range from VS to E9, but extremes dominate the grade scale. The classics are mostly E5 and up, with a few in the E2 and E3 range. Some routes are not so well protected, watch for ground fall potential.

Getting There Suggest change

Half a mile NNE of Llandudno. From the town, turn right at the Empire Hotel, then left at the Grand Hotel to the Great Orme. Go through the toll gate and after 200 yards around a bend, the crag will be seen. The big main section has lots of E6s, and the walls stretch around the corner to some yellow and blackish walls.
