The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Scramble up ledges to reach this obvious right-slanting thin to hands crack that ends on the shoulder and then joins Moneypenny as it continues up the face past one bolt to anchors atop the formation.
