Start on Genesis then head up to the chains of Cain. The first half is like hanging on the couch Ė big comfy holds. Then you have to step off the couch to pull the crux once you reach Cain. Think of it as having to get off the couch to get a beer or something. Then itís back to the couch Ė big comfy holds to the chains. Donít fall getting back on the couch though itís a little tricky here, but itís still pretty ďcouchĒ.
Between Genesis and Cain
Bolts. Please do not toprope off of the fixed gear at the top, use your own draws for that. If the biners on the chains look worn or do not work properly, please replace them. It's good karma.

longer draw is helpful for for the crux bolt, which is the 7th bolt (second to last). with the long draw in place, the move is much more "couch."
also, after a recent trip to rifle, i agree on the 12c rating. lots of folks find the rating to be way sandbagged. and, in comparison to other willow routes, i think they're right. but compared to benchmark sport grades -- rifle, the new, etc. -- i think the rating is accurate.
