Can you be more specific? Dan Brayack wrote an excellent guide to the area. If you pick that up you shouldn't have any trouble getting around.

theres a little bit about coopers roped climbing in the Horst book, enough to get you around decent enough, just avoid the haystack block i think its called, apparently its slowly creeping down the hill towards the cheat....
