Conversion van experience wanted

I have a conversion van but am wanting to make some changes. However, I do not possess the knowledge or the skills to do so. Things I would like to do: take out carpet and add a hardwood floor. Build more cupboards/storage space, possibly change the bed somehow. Add a marine battery. If you have experience in doing such things I would be willing to pay.
If you are interested message me and we can find a time for you to look at the van and give me am estimate.
