Considering a move to Flagstaff

Hey, I have been thinking pretty seriously about a move to Flagstaff. What draws me is the fair amount of climbing nearby as well as the relatively nice weather for most of the year. I lived in Laramie, WY and am used to the high elevations and don't mind a bit of snow/cold weather. Anyways, just hoping to receive some feedback on the area. I'm assuming there is a decent-sized climbing community but was also wondering about the local music scene/night life, the job market and just the overall feel of the community. Oh I will be looking to move around the first week of September. Not 100% dead set on Flagstaff, but I'm looking for a mix of the mountains and the desert with a (at least) somewhat more liberal community than where I am currently located. Thanks in advance!

I've been living in Flag for a little over a year now. The climbing, weather and people are great. The job market is hard depending on what you do. I have to do independent contracts mostly in Phoenix because my field isn't up here. But I've really enjoyed things up here.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
