Wivanoff - Thanks for that . Yes, it is the Blue book. I bought it new right after it was released and it has been kept incredibly well. I could not remember if it had a dust jacket or not when I bought it. I have retained the dust jackets on most of the books I own that come with one. I appreciate the correction.
