Exactly where is this ledge, I think that it resembles the belay after the long runout pitch just before topping out?

After the traverse back to the Cruise and just below the crux of the Scenic. It's about two thirds up maybe from the top? Those Black routes tend to get pushed to back of the head cause they are always so scary. Even the Cruise.
