Very dirty, loose rock.

Still lots of loose rock. The flakes to the L and below the bolt flex. Should clean up with more use, however. No way 5.8+! 10a IMHO, but seems harder due to the sandy nature of the rock.

Nice sustained crack with face holds alongside. Minor crux halfway up with true crux near top with an awkward move around a bulge at the single well-placed bolt. Would be 5.9 if clean and solid, but is pretty dirty for now with a lot of loose rock. 5.10a sounds right.
