Park at the large pullout on the south side of the road, about 500 feet after the first tunnel heading up Clear Creek Canyon. Walk across the metal bridge crossing the river, and then walk back up stream to this overhanging boulder that lies just a couple of feet from the edge of the river (there is no potential waterfall).
