BETA PHOTO: Ute Ulay Ice Park

Description

The Ute Ulay Mine has approximately 10 farmed ice lines currently, WI3-WI6. Routes 60 to 100 feet high. Chains and bolts for topout anchors. Lawnchairs for belayers. Can get bitterly cold and windy at times. Southwest facing.

Getting There

Drive about 2.5 miles west of town up Henson Creek to the Ute Ulay Mine. This is a maintained dirt road in winter. Ice is a one minute approach off south side of road.
