Overture

Description 

This small flatiron sits at the base of the Der Freischutz flatiron. It offers a couple sunny east face routes. The rock is well featured and is the recommend start to the routes on the east face of Der Freischutz.

Getting There 

Follow the direction for Der Zerkle. You will pass the Court on Der Zerkle which is home to a few sport climbs and Sunny Side Two. Continue to follow the trail up the switch backs. Before the trail heads back to the north for the final time, a small trail leads to the base of the east face.
