Jake...were you just up on the route today...I don't remember a quick link on the route yesterday?

Bob: Yes, Annette and I went up there yesterday morning to check it out. Unfortunately, we took the most unpleasant path to get there, I think. We crossed the creek at the Sleeping Beauty buttress, wound our way around the bottom of the Beer Can, passed Gomer Pyle, and then scrambled directly up and right (through the dirt and over the slabs) directly to the right edge of wall. Thankfully, on the way down we found the proper approach gully, took that to the creek, and just waded across -- much better (when the water is low, at least) than crossing at Sleeping Beauty.

I confess that the quicklink is evidence of my failed attempt at the route. I couldn't figure out the moves getting to the third bolt, and had to come down with my tail between my legs.

Much thanks for the development work in that area, it has nice feel to it.

Thanks Jake...you go a little right at the second bolt and then straight up at the third bolt. It's a cool route in a nice setting.
