Update: As of mid November, 2007, the poison ivy has gone dormant. Watch out for plants with little berries; these are poison ivy bushes. Stay away from them and you should be fine to climb here.
I climbed here again on 3/1/08; the poison ivy is still dormant. It should be fine to climb on the left side of the crag from now until mid-May.
From mid-May through October, the hillside below the left side of Boulder Slips is covered in poison ivy. It is difficult to avoid no matter how you approach the climbs. Better to climb somewhere else during this time. Routes on the center and right side of Boulder Slips are not affected.

Description
This is a cool arete climb that catches the last rays of the afternoon sun.
Hike up the path on the left side of Boulder Slips to the staging area where Edges and Ledges and Minutia start. Scramble up ledges and steeper rock to the right; be careful of loose rock. Continue up to a sloping area at the base of a 50'-tall face with a thin crack in its center. The route climbs the arete on the left side of this face. There is a belay bolt at the start of the route, and a rappel anchor about 20' to the left.
Work up the face and arete past 5 bolts to the anchor. Fun moves all the way up. Lower 50' back down.
To get back to the staging area by the start of Edges and Ledges and Minutia, rappel from an anchor about 20' left of the route. Rap 95' down a gully; watch for loose rock. It's also possible to downclimb, but the rappel is easier.
Location
On the left side of the Boulder Slips crag, on the upper tier, up and right from the start of Edges and Ledges and Minutia, at the base of a 50' arete.
See Route Overview photo.
Protection
5 bolts to a 2-bolt anchor. Belay bolt at the start. Rappel anchor 20' left of the start of the route.
