| The vote of the public is to be considered by the appointed board members, and is to count COLLECTIVELY as a single vote. The board members are to CONSIDER the public input, but not necessarily follow it. I.E. the charter states that if they are to differ from public input, that they are to have a reason for doing so and also gives guidelines to the charter, such as that mid-pitch convenience anchors are discouraged, and ones that save trees are to be favored... etc. |
