Colorado Springs area and Rain

Ok, I am not from around here, so would like some local advice on climbing after a rain shower.

I have read several items on sandstone getting soft after a rain shower, but have not been able to find in specific information. So I am asking the local climbers in the Colorado Springs area to look at the forecast for the next 4 days and let me know if they would climb or wait. There is a 30% chance of showers forecast.

Looking at Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon, and possibly Shelf Road.

shelf is limestone...In the Springs avoid climbing until the rock is truly dry. You will be fine.... enjoy
