Permits can be acquired at the ranger station on the way to the boulders from the upper Tramway station.
Getting There
You can reach this boulder by walking up the gully South of the trail leading into the Undiscovered Country for about a mile. Or, you can walk straight down the hill from My Infested Destiny for about 400 yards. While walking up the gully there will be a very obvious boulder with a heavily feature, orange face. The Colonel Angus boulder is about 100 feet East of this boulder. The climbs face away from the gully
