| I'm always looking for more ideas of training equipment for climbing. It seems like there are more people out there looking for the same kind of things while making some cool stuff themselves. Here are a few of the ideas that Ive been using. not exactly all my ideas (I picked them up where ever I could) but I have put most of this stuff together pretty easily. I didn't see another thread specifically on this, but if you know of one, feel free to post a link. Also, If you have some stuff to share, motivate, inspire, then post it up.

| Next, I figured I could put rock rings to a similar use and work on my pinches. I just welded a large washer to a nut and used a bolt through the hole that comes in the rock rings.
