Climbing partners and suggestions for climbing in northern Spain 07/20 - 07/31

Hello!
We are Jen and Ryan, a climbing couple who have been traveling Europe for 2 months.
We are looking for tips, suggestions or meetup possibilities for climbing in northern Spain from July 20th to the 31st (estimate). We sport climb single-pitch routes, Ryan can comfortably lead a 5.10 and mostly we just like to get out and have fun.

From the research we have already done we realize that there are many, many options. Here is what we are looking for, specifically.

1.- Cooler climate and nice summer climbing, preferibly northern Spain.
2.- A nice area with an array of climbing that matches our level and that will keep us busy for 2 weeks.

3.- Easily accesible without a car from a village or town where we can rent a place.
4.- Quiet and relaxed area (no partying) where we can enjoy other activities (walking, hiking) on rest days.

Hopefully this isnt asking too much as we have found places like this on our travels, thus far.
