Neceedah has good climbing and is about 1 hour drive max.
Black River Fall "Castle Mound State Park" has great bouldering and "very" limited TR climbs and Trad climbs but is nice and quiet usually. That' about 30-45 minute drive away from Fort McCoy. Both of these places are included and info'd here on MP.com. If your climbing at these areas in July be prepared for "bugs" and "heat" and pray for dry, cool, windy weather on the days your out! Don't forget Devil's Lake (1.5 hours away to south) which is great place in the heat of summer as the bugs usually are not bad and there is great swimming nearby to cool down after climbing. One other place to mention is Red Wing up on the Mississippi River (about 1+ hour drive to the west and a bit north).

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
