Climbing in Thailand from May-July?

There are many threads on Thailand but not much concerning this. How is the climbing aspect of Thailand in the months of May-late July. Would it be best to front load our trip with climbing in may.

Do any of the surrounding countries harbor better climbing weather during the rainy season?
