Climbing in Li Ming China

Hi,

I have two questions:

1) Is this area climbable during the last two weeks of February and first week of March? I believe it is, but just wanted to confirm.

2) If I show up there with full rack and rope, how easy will it be for me to find partners?

That should be a fine time to climb in Liming. Too late into the spring and it may start raining a bunch. I think the area is getting popular enough that you'll find partners. Never climbed there then so not 100%. I'll be there Oct 22nd through Dec 10th.
