Climber Rental in Las Vegas

We have a room for rent that we’'d like to offer up to visiting climbers in a nice three bedroom home in the Willows sub-division of the Summerlin neighborhood in Las Vegas (close to Red Rocks!). We keep our home clean, clutter-free, and have nice furnishings, an open, well-lit floor plan, and a small backyard and are offering our space to climbers who are respectful and are looking for something affordable but more spacious than the local hotels and much nicer than the campground.

Amenities include:

• A private room with queen-sized bed and linens and separate bathroom.
• Use of our fully furnished home and kitchen (including space set aside in the fridge and cabinets).
• Washer/dryer and high speed internet access.
• Off-street parking in a quiet, safe neighborhood/cul-de-sac.
• A great nearby park and an excellent location for access to Red Rocks.

You would be sharing the space with myself (a climbing guide), my partner (a working professional), and our young Golden Retriever (you must be OK with a large, energetic, trained but willful puppy). We are climbers and like climbers and welcome between one and four guests: Up to two can sleep in the available room; an additional two can make use of an air mattress or our living room sectional which converts to two, twin-sized day beds.

The rate for two is $70 per night with a 4-night minimum stay or $350 per week.
Rates are negotiable for longer-term stays or for more than two guests.
Reservations are non-refundable if canceled within one week of your date of arrival.

• 3.7 miles/5 minutes to Albertsons (the meeting spot at the west end of town)
• 2.9 miles/5 minutes to the Yardhouse & Red Rock Casino
• 2 miles/3 minutes to Trader Joe’s
• 4.5 miles/10 minutes to Desert Rock Sports
• 10.8 miles/25 minutes to the Strip
