Cleaning out gear closet..

I have 4 pairs of old shoes that have probably been resoled a few times each and 2 old harnesses.. Any suggestion on what to do with them? Shoes are trashed and I don't want to put the harnesses in the Good Will box..

give the shoes to a local ymca or organized climbing club. Harnesses save the metal buckles for belts, straps what not and chuck the rest
