| If you do a search a dig a little you will come up with a lot of information on this website. I've wiped mine off and just put some metolius cam lube because even after about a year of use they still arent that dirty. I've read several people say boil some water dip your cams (don't dip your sling) and pull the cam action a little. Let it dry then apply cam lube while working the cam action. |  FLAG |

| You will get alot of different responses here, but always follow manufacturer instructions. Just rinse with warm water and then lube. Personally I dip into warm water, open close, open close, let dry then lube. Here is a link. BD Cam Maintenance |  FLAG |

| +1 for the warm rinse whilst working lobes, warm water/dish soap w/brush, then dry and lube. It also helps to wipe down with rag beforehand to remove excess dirt. |  FLAG |
