This is what I am reviewing:

cilogear.com/shovelpocket.html

It attaches easily to all my Cilo 30l, 45l, and 60l Worksacks. It holds my Deploy 3 or Tranfer 3 BD shovels as well as my BD Guide 300 probe. It doesn't have independent sleeves for the shovel handle or probe but it all fits. The straps that attach the pocket to the pack also serve as compression straps for the pack. The straps on one side have quick release buckles to give you access to the back of the pack. The Cilo site says you can also carry a snowboard between the shovel pocket and the back of the pack. I have only carried skis pyramid carry through the side compression straps when using the shovel pocket. I guess you could carry your skis diagonal style between the pack and the pocket but I think that would push the shovel pocket to far back and through off your balance. Durability has been good so far after the two trips I have take it on. The shovel pocket is a good product to add versatility to your Worksacks to use them for BC skiing.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
