Description
Follow the trail to the south of the Buckeye Flats road that leads down to the river. For the base of the route, go down the stairs to the far south end of the "cave boulder" to the man-made stone lookout tower overlooking the river boulders. Stand on the stone wall to start (running mantle move woohoo!).
Best done in the early morning during tourist season to avoid the crowds.
