Catskills/Dacks partners wanted

I'm in NYC for the next couple of months and I need to climb some ice. Have rope, rack, wheels and EZPass. Can lead the easy stuff, follow just about everything else. Weekdays are best (if I can get a dog sitter) but weekends might work, too. Had GREAT luck finding rock partners in CO with MP; hope I find 'em here, too.

I am based in Brooklyn and have Tuesdays free; first season on ice (have been out 8-9 times now in the Catskills and Daks, lead a 2+ pitch and free soloed a 2 yesterday). Would be very happy to split the gas and take a mid-week run. Email!

Anyone around to climb in the Catskills Monday? I'll follow up to WI4 ot TR. Have rope and gear to setup TR anchor. Coming from NYC with no car, can also meet in New Paltz or Kingston.

I work all different hours and have time off during the week and weekends.
I've been climbing ice for awhile now, but I recently lost my climbing partner.
I usually climb in the Dacks , VT or NH. I just bought the CATSKILL MOUNTAIN ICE GUIDE from ROCK & SNOW to start climbing there. I don't know if you would be interested in climbing with me , I have all my own gear.

I'm in NYC as well, and I'm totally flexible so I can climb midweek or weekends. Really like to climb some ice this week, and as much as humanly possible for the rest of the season. I'll follow 3-4.

I don't have a car, anyone from Nyc climbing this week? I can bus up if I need to though.

Testing the waters to see if anyone wants to get some ice climbing in on March 1st, the extended forecast shows temps in the mid 20's. The plan is to meet and pick up a rental car at LGA ($42 split between all) and head up for some TR, maybe Asbestos wall? I've got rope and rack but obviously if it's a full car and someone else has another rope that would be good. Shoot me a PM or reply to this thread to confirm.

Coming from Northern New York with a subie- can pick up at the new Paltz bus stop. First season on ice but can follow and happy to catch. I'll usually try to bring my pup along if its a cragging day.

Travis, I may be down to climb on the 1st or 2nd. I'm in Bennington on the 1st for a snowshoe race in the morning. If you want to get out that afternoon around bennington or climb on the 2nd, I'll just bring my gear over.

Jon, unfortunately I couldn't make the 2nd and was hoping to find some NYC based climbers to split the travel costs for the 1st(car rental etc.) The New Paltz bus station might work later in March if the weather holds though and you're still keen.
Thread bump for everyone else - the weather looks like it's going to be great this weekend, is there no-one interested in going up from NYC on Saturday the 1st?
