I think they are rock-n-rollers. I remember a partner of mine in the late 80s early 90s had a set. I thought the lowe(camp) balls were better.

Go-Pro Rock-n-rollers from the 80's I have a set along with Metolious sliders , Lowe balls , HB cobras and kong ? Great thin crack "injection protection"
