Campus Rungs Training

Started a new campus training routine due to previous one getting stagnant after so many workouts. I wanted to push past some plateaus so I started doing more difficult moves on the campus rungs plus added some other workouts. I warm up climbing for about an hour before starting the entire routine. Any questions, feel free to ask.
