<br />CampSaver website has 2011 model BD Lotus harness advertised as clearance at 50% off (see pic). The small was listed as clearance for the 2011 model, but the price was still $79.95 (the larger 2011 model was correctly listed as $39.99 and also marked clearance in parenthesis). I called and spoke to Simon, who claimed to be the store manager. He said that the website was incorrect and that ALL the 2011 harnesses should be $79.99! WTF??? <br /> <br />So a few minutes after this post they changed the price on their website! Glad I took the screenshot! I called and told them I posted this on Mtn project and the guy I spoke to said their is no Simon that works there! Unbelievable!!!

I don't understand...there was a price mistake on their website so you called them and they confirmed it was a price mistake, then they immediately fixed the mistake on their website? (I just went to the website and see that both Large AND small are listed at $39.98 now...not the $79.99 like you said?)

Sounds like they did exactly what they should have done...what's the problem, and why are you bothering with a screenshot?

Agreed. No need to start two threads on the same subject... I like campsaver and their customer service has always been really helpful.
