You're hanging out around the fire listening to some chill music at a reasonable decibel with no one around to worry about aggravating, what are you listening to?

Me?

Stephen Stills
Dylan
Johnny Cash
The Stones
Lynyrd Skynyrd
Creedance
Allman Brothers

What say you?

Deer Tick, Old Crow Medicne Show, Murder City Devils, (Old) Hank Williams, anything that goes well with some cheap cold beer and a warm fire. Hope to help you better your list of campfire tunes. :)

The sound of the campfire and song of the crickets. Add a little wind through the trees and that's my symphony.

Guess I'm old fashioned but that's what I like as well, though an old guitar getting handed around is sometimes nice... my favorite was the time in Arches when a friend brought along his shakohachi flute and someone from south America in the next campsite joined us with a nylon string guitar

You know, you're allowed to be a climber and listen to music that *isn't* folksy bluegrass, right?

Mofro, Seasick Steve, George Clinton, etc.

Grateful Dead. I wasn't aware there are other bands making music.

I feel like there's a place for every type of music and I listen to it all.

Lynyrd Skynard, Hatebreed, Tupac, The Beatles, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Jay Z, Fear, Motorhead, Static X, RATM, Slayer, Aesop Rock, Black Label Society, Circle Jerks, Bouncing Souls, NoFX, Sage Francis, Atmosphere, Steel Drivers, Lamb of God.

Is that more well rounded? Hanging out around the camp fire listening to lamb of god might make me want to throw you into the fire though...
Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
