We thought this was a pretty fun route and a good introduction to Alabama Hills; climb it if for the views of Whitney alone!!

Great views from the climb, but the climbing is only so-so and the rock quality is somewhat lacking.

The only thing this route has going for it is the photo op. Otherwise, steer clear! :P

Replaced the shuts at the top of this route (which were loose) with bolt hangers December 2008. Re-installed the existing Mussy Hooks. Bolts in good condition. A good route!

A must do if you are trying to "tick" the fin. If not, the routes to the left are actually better climbing for the grade.
