Tom Peter's Slab Area

Description 

This is the first main area of boulder you'll come to in the canyon. Most of the problems are moderate in grade but they are generally on good rock and a few get fairly high of the deck.

A good place to warm up.

Getting There 

From the parking lot hike up the trail. As you swing around into the canyon you'll soon come to the first chalked up pieces of rock. This area lies just past the Headbangers cave.
