Andy Coleman sending Pow Pow

Description

Start either sitting or standing and reach out the overhang to do the standard cross-over/under sequence, et al. Harder if you're shorter. Requires core. Really fun. Git 'er done!

Protection

a couple of pads and a proactive spot recommended in case of back splat.

This problem is given V8 in the guidebook, but it isn't quite as hard as some of the other 8s in Bishop.

Some good beta for the opening move(s) if you're short: if you can't reach all the way up for the first left hold on the face from the start hold, try going up right first along the edge of the roof to a small crimp, then set your heel and reach up left.
