"C is for Climb" has flakes still falling off it and doesn't get enough traffic to clean up yet; thus a top rope problem. Rated somewhere around 10b/c 60 ft to lower set of chains

Fun moves, but lots of bad rock. Most of the large flakes make a nice BONG when you knock on them and I wouldn't be surprised if most of them break off soon. Setting up the top rope is also a little awkward. There is a rap bolt near the ledge, but the anchor is in an awkward position. I wouldn't climb this one
