Description
At the southern end of Burbage South a large milestone quarry provides some very impressive features to climb. This is the first area encountered form the parking lot.
Many of the climbs face North West, so provide welcome shade on hot summer days.
The gritstone on this edge appears to be more like the grit of Froggatt Edge, than the closer Stanage Edge.

Getting There
Drive approx 3 miles along the A6187 heading east out of Hathersage. The trail to the crag starts on the left of the road. There is limited parking at the entrance. Alternatively drive on towards the Fox House pub and park up to walk back towards the trail.
From the road walk for 1/4 mile until possible to head up right towards the quarries.
