Start on the left side of the buttress as you would for Layback Crack and then follow the obvious line of holds about a quarter of the way up that start moving right out onto the face. Keep going right and follow the holds to the top.
TR set up can be tricky. There are very few cracks on top of Bottoms Boulders Buttress. I recommend climbing down a couple feet and using the cracks at the top of Layback Crack.
Layback Crack and Bulge Across can be done on the same TR if done carefully.
