bug when adding link to forum post

Bug report:

1) Click "ADD LINK" when creating a forum post.
2) Type a long string into "URL to link to:"

Bug: it will scroll sideways thus hiding the left side of the dialog.

Problem exists on Chrome and FireFox on Ubuntu 13.04

Dont seem like a bug to me.

The problem is that the "Insert Link" text becomes hidden and unclickable.

Using the latest, greatest, cutting edge Ubuntu I'm not surprised. Having used Ubuntu for years I've found all sorts of issues like this over the years....just try using Netflix on Ubuntu
