The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

The Climb
This short route is actually on the approach trail to Atlantis Wall, on one's left, just before you make the left hand turn around the corner to go to Atlantis. Take a hand crack up to a horizontal, move right, then up a steeper face past a bolt.
