Description

Buddha's Belly walll is straight ahead after making the first major left hand turn off the main road. Several lines exist with both trad, sport, and toprope routes. The rock is a south facing granite with mostly face type climbing. Descent routes are off the back or set up a rappel through the chains. Buddha's Belly 5.10 is a must do.

Directions

Per Chris Parrish: I found it by taking the second major left off the main road. From here take the second left into a parking area. (Note: this second left connects with the first left in a looped driveway thing.) You'll be facing the Front of Buddha's Belly Rock. Buddha's Belly is around to the right a bit when looking at the front. Hope this helps!

This great line is in the middle of the rock formation and is easy identifiable by the single finger pocket which starts it off. I had planned to bolt it but someone beat me to it, I am just happy someone got around to it. Very interesting, well protected, moves off the ground and through the overhang bring you to a nice rest ledge. From here follow the line of bolts through the crux to the chains....[more]   Browse More Classics in CO

Does anyone have any info about the new route to the right of Buddha's Crack? A friend and I thought it checked in around 9+ or 10a. But I don't know much about rating climbs.

I would have to say that the directions to Buddha's Wall on this page is a little confusing. I found it by taking the second major left off the main road. From here take the second left into a parking area. (Note: this second left connects with the first left in a looped driveway thing.) You'll be facing the Front of Buddhas Belly rock. Buddhas Belly is around to the right a bit when looking at the front. Hope this helps!
