I tried this a bit today, but couldn't get the nerve to top out. With Todd's beta this is likely V6 with the difficulty mainly coming from moving into Smooth Operator. However, I found that the most obvious and easiest way is to avoid the big move up right to the pinch, and instead move left to a jug and then up into the stand start. To me this was the most logical, but doesn't add much difficulty. It does however add a few cool, if somewhat dabby moves.
