The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Dr. Haney's Tool Shed Area (Formations East of the Hen House) Faces North, has a couple of bolts, and some natural Gear. First bolt is sort of high. 2 bolts on top.
