Description Suggest change

Bärenhöhle is one of the quickest crags to access in the area, so be prepared for crowds, particularly on weekends and holidays. There are seven 25m routes ranging from VII ~ IX (5.10b ~ 5.12d) The area is named after the obvious cave (bear cave). But since the last bear in Bavaria was shot a hundred some years ago, no worries about any bears.

Go down the B23, just before Oberammergau, you will see a parking on the right, park and take the well beaten path. See google map.
