Quality AND quantity. Solid, gritty (crystally) stone with the occasional marblesque spot. Some classics live here along with enough other quality problems to validate a visit. Roofs, splitters, severely overhanging, overhanging, dynamic, static, tiny pebble holds to large jugs on roof that you can campus. Some nice highballs (relative) also.

Getting There

Across from and around the Main Wall area. Note: there is quality bouldering at many of the Mocanaqua areas.

Climb the obvious hands and fist crack. Very gritty and jams are super secure. Great route to practice (run laps) or just to sink some sweet jams. ...[more]   Browse More Classics in PA

Tons developed and tons undeveloped. No extensive trail system. Plenty of problems left to be developed! The highest concentration of boulders I've seen in PA for sure.
