In order to climb or boulder at this area you must sign a waiver and pay a one-time $8 fee at the Portland Rock Gym. Be sure to carry photo ID with you when you're at the area. Respect the land owner's property, don't litter, don't add or remove any bolts without permission, etc. It would be a big loss to the Portland climbing community if Carver were to be closed to us so do your part to keep it open and accessable. Description 

A great collection of boulders with lots of moderates and some great warm-ups. This area sees lots of traffic so the moss is kept to a pretty manageable level.

Getting There 

The closest boulders to the road below. Walk down the path from the restaurant's parking lot (it starts at the air conditioning/septic vents).

A fun,technical face. Start low on a good right open-hand and a left handed edge. Toss to a hold on the arete and make your way to the top. Fairly reachy.
