Christian at the crux.

Description

Climb pretty high and clip the first bolt while jamming in a pocket. (A small cam is optional.) After a few fun layback moves, the climb goes slightly right to an okay stance. Move back left to good holds, fire the crux, and hang on for a few more steep moves with big holds. Nice climbing here.

Location

Just to the left of Chocolate Monsters, at the eastern end on Obscure. Look for a tall layback flake.

Protection

five bolts + chain anchors

Really fun, pumpy climbing on mostly good holds. Too bad it isn't a bit longer.
