Hey all,
I'm looking to fix the blow toe in my La Sportiva Boulder X approach shoes. I have found the 5.10 stealth paint and hear it's not worth the money.

I would love for them to look good and not a hack job.

Thoughts?

Thanks.

Five Ten also sells C4 resole kits, which would be more appropriate than the paint for such a large blow out. shopfiveten.com/C-53/Accessori...

Alternatively, you can put in a call to your resoler of choice.

Freesole with some ground up rubber. Freesole dries kinda slick, so the rubber helps. This is what Rock and Resole did to fix a side blowout in my climbing shoes once, and then I realized I could do as good of a job myself.

I've since patched my approach shoes with freesole and no rubber, but don't use them much because they are pretty worn out in general.
